Public Skating & Shinny Hockey

Lace up your skates! We have the following FREE public skating sessions scheduled:

Every Monday (Windsor Stadium):
Pre-School Skating: 9:15-10:15 AM
Adult Skating: 10:30-11:30 AM
Shinny Hockey: 11:50 AM-12:50 PM

Every Wednesday (Windsor Stadium):
Pre-School Skating: 9:15-10:15 AM
Adult Skating: 10:30-11:30 AM
Shinny Hockey: 11:50 AM-12:50 PM

Every Friday (Windsor Stadium):
Pre-School Skating: 9:15-10:15 AM
Adult Skating: 10:30-11:30 AM
Shinny Hockey: 11:50 AM-12:50 PM

Please note that the above sessions are scheduled for these dates/times ONLY. Weekend sessions will be scheduled on a week-by-week basis, depending on stadium and/or staff availability. If any changes occur, this page will be updated along with posts on Facebook and Twitter.

The following guidelines will be observed:

General Skating:
Helmets are mandatory for everyone.
Strollers are not allowed.
NO skate assists permitted during general skating due to faster-paced skating.
All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18+.

Family Skating:
Helmets are mandatory for everyone.
Skate assists are permitted on ice during Family Skating; there are also some available at the stadium on a first-come, first-served basis.
Strollers are allowed.
All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18+.

Adult Skating:
Helmets are mandatory for everyone.
18+ only.

Pre-School Skating:
Helmets are mandatory for everyone.
Children 5 and under only, and must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
Strollers are allowed.
Skate assists are allowed.

Shinny Hockey:
Ages 18+.
Full equipment is recommended, but a helmet, stick, and gloves are mandatory.
