Expression of Interest – Concert in the Park Performers

The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor is seeking musical entertainment to perform during their weekly Concert in the Park series this Summer (July-September 2026).
Entertainers must be able to perform two 55-minute sets, have experience playing for the public (200+ people), be available to play on weekends, and be able to provide their own instruments with the band responsible for audio support.
The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor will provide the sound system.
Selected applicants will be paid at a rate of $400 (total) for 2 members or less, and $600 (total) for 3+ members.
Concerts will take place every Friday. In case of inclement weather, concerts are moved to the following day (Saturday). Concerts are 2 hours long and typically take place between 6:00 and 8:00 PM.
The Town is also looking for performers for two gospel concerts with the dates being July 26th and August 16th. Rate and time are same as above.
Please send a short biography highlighting past performances, the name of your band, types of music played, contact information, and number of band members to rhonda.drake@townofgfw.com with the subject line “Concert in the Park Performers”. Also, please include weekend dates (Friday and Saturday) that you are unavailable to play between July 1 and September 7, 2026.
