Submit Your Event
The Town may share public event information or announcements submitted by individuals or organizations. Members of the public or organizations who wish to have their event or content posted on the Town’s calendar of events must fill out the form below. Requests must meet the following criteria:
- The event must take place within the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor
- The event must be open to the general public and not require membership
- The event must promote or support arts, culture, heritage, recreation, or community development
- The event must be organized or affiliated with a local group or non-profit operating in Grand Falls-Windsor
- The event must be sponsored or funded, in whole or in part, by the Town; or
- The event must be organized by a charitable organization based in the Town.
Town staff will review each submission and determine whether it will be shared. The Town reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet these conditions or that conflicts with the Town’s values or operational priorities. Sharing third-party content does not constitute endorsement by the Town.
The Town will not post or share information that:
- Is commercial in nature or promotes a private sector interest unless part of a formal partnership with the Town
- Is from individuals or small groups organizing events or activities not clearly supporting the greater good of the community.
The Town is not obligated to publish any submitted content and will not provide feedback for declined requests.
