Labour Day 2026
Join us this Monday for Labour Day celebrations in Grand Falls-Windsor!
There’s a full day of activities planned for Monday, September 7, beginning with the annual Labour Day Parade and continuing with an afternoon of FREE family fun at Joe Byrne Stadium!
9:00 AM – Main Street
Bike Parade floats will go to the Joe Byrne 10:00AM for judging
10:00 AM – Labour Day Parade
The parade begins on Main Street and makes its way to High Street.
11:00 AM – High Street
Following the parade, join us for speeches, prize giveaways, and hot dogs and hamburgers for all!
1:00-4:30 PM – Joe Byrne Stadium
The celebrations continue with:
- FREE BBQ & refreshments
- Live music by Crossroads and Station Road
- Bouncy castles
- FREE family fun!
There’s still time to enter a float in the Labour Day Parade! Get creative for your chance to win:
- Best Decorated Float – $500
- Runner-Up – $300
