WATER SERVICE DISRUPTION – August 13, 2026

The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor, in partnership with Stellar Storm Industries Inc., advises residents of a planned water disruption affecting Circular Road, East Street and 41 Union Street (Irving Oil) on Thursday, August 13, 2026. Affected properties include civic numbers 30, 31, 32, 33a (Play Learn & Grow Childcare), 35 on Circular Road and civic number 2 to 8 on East Street. Water service is expected to be unavailable from approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This work is required to complete the new water line along Circular Road.
Residents at civic numbers 1–29 on Circular Road and other affected areas may also experience low water pressure or water discoloration during this time. Water services will be returned as soon as possible when the work is completed.
