TAKE NOTICE that the TOWN OF GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR Development Regulations Amendment No. 3, 2023 adopted on the 22nd day of August 2023 has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs. This amendment was previously numbered as Development Regulations Amendment No. 2, 2023, Riverview Road.
THAT the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor Development Regulations Amendment No.3, 2023 comes into effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette. Anyone who wishes to inspect a copy of these documents may do so at the Town Office during normal working hours.
