The Town Council of Grand Falls-Windsor wishes to amend the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, 2022.
The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor has received a request to redesignate and rezone a parcel of land north of the Trans-Canada Highway and west of Scott Avenue for the purpose of providing land for commercial development complementary to the proposed Civic Use.
The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor wishes to allow the development of a commercial area to provide services that are complementary to the future recreation/community center planned for this area.
