Notice of development variance- 19.5 Riverview Road

In accordance with the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor development standards requirements of the Development Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Council has received an application to construct a duplex at 19.5 Riverview Road.
It is noted that the proposed residence will encroach in the minimum rear setback of 7.5 m. from the rear lot line by 0.34 m. This application is being processed as a Variance under Regulation 11.
When the Town is to consider a proposed variance, the Town shall give written notice of the proposed variance from development standards to all persons whose land is in the immediate vicinity of the land that is the subject of the variance.
Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter, must do so in writing or by email to mhart@townofgfw.com and the representation must be received by the Public Works and Development Department, Town of Grand Falls-Windsor, P.O. Box 439, Grand Falls – Windsor, Nfld. A2A 2J8 no later than Noon on Thursday, August 7, 2025.
