FLUSHING NOTICE – September 1, 2026

The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor advises residents that, as part of the Annual Waterline Flushing Program, waterline flushing will take place in the areas of Second Avenue, Patrick Street, George Street, Kenmore Drive, Elizabeth Street, Ruston Avenue, Sixteenth Avenue, Whitmore Street, Seventeenth Avenue, and Eighteenth Avenue on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Residents in and around the affected areas may experience temporary water discolouration and/or low water pressure during this time.
