FLUSHING NOTICE – January 27, 2026

The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor will be carrying out waterline flushing on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in the area of Poplar Road, Willow Road, Larch Street, Birch Street (#1-16), and Memorial Avenue (#51-61) from approximately 7:00 PM-12:00 AM. This may affect all areas south of the TCH.
This work is being done after routine testing showed naturally occurring iron levels above the recommended aesthetic limit. Please note this is not a safety concern – the water remains safe.
Flushing is a standard process that helps reduce minerals in the system and maintain water quality. Some residents may notice temporary changes in water colour or pressure during this time.
