The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor has received an application to convert the property at 84 Memorial Avenue from commercial use to residential use.
This type of development is considered a Discretionary Use within the Single Unit Small Lot Residential (RS-2) use zone.
This public notice has been prepared, and a public consultation period is being carried out before Council considers the application.
