CONSTRUCTION NOTICE – July 13-September 30, 2026

The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor, in conjunction with Stellar Storm Industries Inc., would like to advise residents that work is expected to start July 13th, 2026, on Circular Road Phase II and will be ongoing until approximately September 30th, 2026. This work will include water main, storm sewer and road upgrades from High Street to East Street including water line services. There may be temporary water service disruption for residents in this area of Circular Road and the surrounding area between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM during construction. Residents in the affected area may also experience low water pressure or discoloration during this time.
Motorists should expect periodic road closures, detours and delays in this area. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation and remind you to always follow the directions of the traffic control people.
