The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor, in conjunction with Emmanuel Construction, would like to advise the general public of road construction taking place August 21-Oct 27, 2023. Disruption to traffic will occur on Scott Avenue, from the Union Street intersection to Mill Road.
The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor and Emmanuel Construction apologizes for any inconvenience caused during this time.
