Come join Chefs Roary MacPherson and Robert Liberty as they kick off the 2023 Kelly Ford Exploits Valley Salmon Festival by taking us on a 5 course cuisine journey. As an added treat, we will be celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Joe Byrne Memorial Stadium with the Grand Opening of the Hall of Fame, and Jersey Retirements.
